What is workplace advisory?
The Finnish Association of Work Supervisors defines work supervision as the examination and structuring of questions, experiences and feelings related to the work community, operating environment and leadership. The aim is to increase understanding of work, strengthen professional identity and develop interaction.
I offer consulting and mentoring work guidance services. My approach is solution- and resource-focused. I draw direction from systemicity, systems intelligence, and presence skills.

Possible travel costs outside of Helsinki will be agreed separately.
I am currently completing my work supervisor training without the final stages and offer practice supervision at the student price: –50% of the price list prices until May 31, 2026.
